Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a confirmation email from support@ely-beauty.com with your order details, and a tracking number once your parcel ships.

Delivery options & costs

  • Standard worldwide shipping — $8.00 USD. Estimated delivery 15–30 business days, fully tracked.
  • Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200 USD (applied automatically at checkout).

All prices and shipping charges on this store are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). We ship internationally; the available shipping methods and final cost are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracked shipping. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel to delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods
